Terms of Use

The service
KidWeekend collects publicly listed family events from official calendars — public libraries, city and county programs, museums, and other established local institutions — and emails a personalized selection each Friday. The service is free: there is no paid plan and nothing to buy from us.
Accuracy
We check every source by hand before it counts and link every event to its official page. Venues can move, cancel, or change an event after we collect it, so always confirm time, place, cost, and registration on the official page before you go. KidWeekend is not responsible for changes made by venues.
Registration and payment
Some events need registration or charge admission. Any sign-up or payment happens directly with the venue or its official page — never through KidWeekend, and we never take a cut.
Accounts
Accounts are for parents and guardians. You are responsible for the sign-in links and password on your account; magic links are single-use and expire quickly, so treat them like a password. Profiles may hold a child's nickname and age only — please do not enter a child's full name or other identifying details.
Acceptable use
Please don't scrape the service, resell its briefs, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version always lives on this page.
